- FulfillDisc ships product using the US Postal Service (First Class Mail) as standard. If you require your order sooner than the typical 4-5 days (inside the Continental US), please select one of the expedited shipping methods offered during checkout. Similarly, if you require a tracking number to trace your order, you should select this when you checkout. If you have opted for standard shipping and not requested a tracking number, we can only tell you when we shipped your order and estimate it's arrival. It's your responsible to request tracking, should you need it - once it's shipped it's too late.

- FulfillDisc collects customer information in an effort to improve their shopping experience & to communicate with our customers about our products, services & promotions. FulfillDisc will use your information collected online to fulfill your order, but will not share or sell your information to anyone other than the producers of the product you purchase. FulfillDisc recognizes that it must maintain & use customer information responsibly. We hate spam too, so promise not to abuse your trust.
- Returns & Replacements
- Your satisfaction is our top priority. Since there is some lingering hesitation when buying media products online, we are as lenient as possible with our return policy. However, a large amount of responsibility lies with the customer when shopping online. Should your product arrive damaged, or get lost in transit, we will ship you a replacement immediately. If however your product arrives, you open the cellophane wrapping and then decide you don't want the product we will not authorize a return, nor offer a refund. This policy is designed to protect our content owners and not to penalize our customers, but we cannot accept opened product back into inventory, so please order with care. If you return your purchase opened we regret we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you and shipping charges are non-refundable. As always, feel free to email with any specific questions you may have about a particular product.
- Ordering
- We try to make ordering as simple and painless as possible. All product is clearly pictured, described and priced. If you have a discount code, you will be able to enter it during checkout - after you have placed an item in your shopping cart and hit the checkout button. Once an order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email, with a full receipt and thanks for your payment. FulfillDisc will ship your order within 48 hours and send you another email with all the shipping information, tracking number (if requested) and any other pertinent information regarding your order.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- FulfillDisc offers several different payment options, including credit card, check, PayPal & Google Checkout. Should you opt to pay by check, you will be asked to mail your check and once received, we will release your order and ship it. Obviously if you are in a hurry, paying by check probably would not work for you and an alternate, instant payment method should be selected. Prices for items in the catalog are clearly listed on each product page. If you have a discount coupon, or promotional code, you can enter that code and apply the discount once you have added the item(s) to your shopping cart and clicked the checkout button. You will also be able to see if the coupon or code has been accepted, as the discount will immediately be reflected in the total on that page. You will not have to complete the checkout process before finding out if your code or coupon has worked correctly. As always, feel free to email with any specific questions you may have about a particular coupon or code, as sometimes there are time constraints or other restrictions applied before a code is valid.
- Viewing Orders
- Once an order has been placed successfully, you can log into your account at any time to see what you have ordered, when it was shipped and the total costs. You will also be able to email/share product pages with your contacts with a simple click of a button.
- Updating Account Information
- Should you need to update your account information, kindly log in and click on the "My Account" button at the top of the page. You can change your ship-to address, billing address, email account etc - just make sure you click the save button at the bottom of the account page to ensure we have captured your changes.
