Online e-Stores

When an e-Store is created with the FulfillDisc service, you will get a unique online page (web address) where you can describe your product, show pricing and have product shots. You are then encouraged to promote your title by sending out emails, postcards etc -- all pointing interested customers back to your page for purchase.

 

When a customer clicks the "buy now" button on your e-Store, they are lead through a simple shopping cart/checkout page where all pertinent information is collected.

 

Once an order is received the customer will get a confirmation email. When we ship (normally within 24 hours) another email is sent with shipping details and our customer support email & phone numbers.

 

Should there be a lost shipment, or a disc damaged in shipping, your customer calls FulfillDisc, not you. We handle all customer support issues, so you don't have to.

Who sets the selling price of my title?

You set the price to whatever you like. You can change the price at any time, either permanently or for a short "special offer" period. Although you have the final say on selling price, we would suggest you do some research and price your title accordingly. Setting a price too high will result in slow sales -- you can also reduce the price later too.


What's the lowest price I can sell my title for?

FulfillDisc fees would mean that the lowest price you can sell you title for is approx $4.00


Can FulfillDisc ship overseas?

Yes.


What would be e-Store look like?

Your e-Store can be setup to mimic your own website's look and feel, with artwork from the title, a full description and other title attributes. Take a look at a live e-Store.


If I need to send out a bulk order to a customer, what do I pay?
There may be times when you get a larger order from a retail store, video rental house, library etc. Since we store packaged DVD's in boxes of 30 we will charge by the box, rather than by the disc when a bulk shipping request is made. Instead of charging you $2.99 per disc, we will charge $19.95 per bulk order, plus the cost of shipping (you choose the method).

For example: You wish to ship 120 discs to a retailer, your handling charge would be $19.95 + shipping.


Can I sell my title elsewhere?

Sure thing. Signing up your title for sale with FulfillDisc is totally non-exclusive and you are free to sell it anywhere else, at any time. Our goal is to assist you sell, not stymie your abilities to find other distribution channels.


Where do I ship my inventory?

For our address, please complete the sign-up form here. Please only send completely packaged inventory, suitable for sale to end-users. If you have bulk discs only and need to have them packaged, you should contact PacificDisc and request a quote to finish your discs.


Are there any restrictions on the type of content you will sell?

While we will not censor your title, we reserve the right to reject a title if it's found to contain pornographic, hateful, defamatory, racist or otherwise offensive content.


Do you offer an 800 number for phone orders?

At this time we do not. Since demand varies wildly it is impractical for us to offer a manned call-center. This may change in the future as we get more demand.


What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept Bank Debit cards, so long as they have the Mastercard or Visa logos on them.


Does FulfillDisc accept PayPal?

Yes.


Can my customers pay by check or money order?

Yes. They still place their order online through your e-store, but we do not ship anything until we receive a check or money order.


Do I get to see a finished disc before the e-Store goes live?

Yes, if PacificDisc is handling the replication of your project, we will ship you a finished copy and wait for you to approve it prior to switching on your e-Store.


How do I get paid?

At the end of each month we mail you a check for your gross income, minus the FulfillDisc fulfillment and warehousing charges, from the previous month. Checks are typically sent before the 15th of the month. For example, you will see a profit check for April by May 15th.


How do I link to my e-Store?

Once we've built your e-Store for you (after you've first completing the sign-up process), we will email you the e-Store's unique URL, which you can then use to link from your existing web site.


How long does the setup process take?

On average we can build out your e-Store and have it ready for review within 3 business days. Once you approve the e-Store we can switch it to "live" the same day (assuming the inventory is in our warehouse).
